Action Required for Abnormal Shipments: For orders that encounter abnormal shipment situations, we kindly request your attention and collaboration. If you receive an email notification from us regarding such a situation, please ensure to promptly reply to the email. By doing so, you will help us to resolve any issues efficiently and ensure a successful delivery.

Please note that if we do not receive your email response for abnormally shipped orders, we will retain your order for a period of up to 30 days. We highly recommend actively monitoring your email inbox to avoid any inconvenience and ensure a seamless delivery process.

Shipping Fee

Shipping fee will be added at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

Days To Ship

Your purchase will be shipped within 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the shipping information is uploaded.

Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 1-7 working days and are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.

China Delivery: 10-15 days (remote areas may take longer)

Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after holidays or severe weather conditions. We’ll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible.

ASCEND HOBBIES partners with FedEx, USPS and Yanwen Express to provide the most economical and reliable shipping option for the weight and destination of the shipment.

Order Status

What is the status of my order? / How do I track my package? / What is my tracking number?

You can access the order status page by using the link in your shipping confirmation email or from your My Account page.

  • My Account Page – To access your account, click on the “My Account” button (or the account icon if on a mobile device) at the top of the ASCEND HOBBIES website. Once you are on your My Account page you will see the complete order history. You can view the order status by clicking on any of the order numbers shown in the order history.
  • Shipping Confirmation Email – After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Click on your tracking number and you will be redirected to an order status page.

NOTE: If you placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email from ASCEND HOBBIES, the emails are most likely in your spam or junk mail folder. If you are using Gmail, the email may be in your Promotions Folder. If our email was in your spam/junk mail folder, please add support@ascendhobbies.com and ascendhobbies@outlook.com to your email address book or mark our email as “not junk” or “not spam”, and all future emails should arrive directly in your inbox.

Combine orders

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or credit the shipping cost if you decide to place a second order. Our high-speed fulfillment system does not combine multiple orders into a single shipment, therefore, we are paying the full postage cost for every individual order that we ship.

We recommend you always double check your order for accuracy and completeness before submitting payment and completing your order online.

If your order cannot be shipped in one package, we will split it into multiple packages.
